FETA AND SOUR CREAM DIP

If you are entertaining at home, having something ready on the table with a selection of drinks as your guests arrive, is so welcoming. But make it a little special and you’ll have your guests asking, ‘what is in here, it’s soo moreish! ‘
“Ah,” I said, cleverly, “you’ll have to get the recipe on my website!” And so dear reader read on, if you want an easy way to impress your guests.
It’s salty, it’s creamy, it’s hot and it’s deliciously tangy. Perfectly paired with plain tortilla chips. Need I say more?

So easy to whip up and your guests will be bowled over by the flavours.

Add all the ingredients except for the garnish and chilli in a food processor and pulse till smooth.
Transfer to a bowl, add the jalapeno garnish and sprinkle with pul biber or chilli.
Surround with plain tortilla chips (shop bought) and serve. Its no ordinary dip!
