MISO, MAPLE & CHIPOTLE KETCHUP SALMON, with dressed vegetables
Description
The week before Christmas, you really want to make healthy, quick and easy meals. Try this one - in under 30 mins it is guaranteed to please and become a firm family favourite.
You can use the two dressings in the recipe for other dishes too - try the miso dressing on squash or on chicken.
The honey mustard dressing is one of my favourites- I drizzle it on salads and vegetables alike.

Instructions

Make the miso dressing by mixing all the ingredients in a bowl.
Lay the salmon on a lightly greased tray and brush the dressing on generously.
Bake in a hot oven at 200c for 15 mins

Set the potatoes to boil until just tender. Add the green beans to the pan and boil for 2/3 mins. Both veg should be cooked no. Drain.
Make the dressing while the potatoes are boiling. Put all the ingredients in a jar and shake vigorously. You can store this in the fridge for a week or more.

Dress the vegetables while still hot and serve immediately with the salmon straight from the oven.
