Description

Insta friends are a constant inspiration. I saw @oscars_cooking_gram creation on his page. It was serendipitous that I had a pack of mussels in my fridge and mixed seafood in my freezer (always a staple for a quick meal! It so good in a stew, pasta, or fish pie)

Here's my take on it. Enjoy!

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. METHOD

Start by cooking the spaghetti as per instructions.

In a deep pan heat the oil and butter and gently soften the garlic. Add the mussels with their sauce. Add the chopped seafood.

We are going to enhance that sauce - add the wine, chillies, lemon and half the parsley.  Stir, cover and heat through. The mix seafood will cook quickly.

Drain the spaghetti when all dente.

    Reserve a little water.

Add the pasta to the deep pan and mix, adding a little water and some more olive oil if needed.

You can arrange in a platter if you want. Sprinkle remaining parsley and serve immediately. I hope you like it!
